Do you sell factory seconds or blems?

We are proud to say that all of our items are original factory first, brand-name models. Unlike some internet or mail order companies, we never buy, sell or advertise blems, "seconds," or defective merchandise. Your ball driller will be able to easily identify your purchase as a factory first.

Can people outside the United States order from Bowling Index?

Yes, Bowling Index ships bowling supplies to all nations that do not have trade restrictions imposed on them by the U.S. Government.

I can't find the product I want on the web site?

More products are being added to the web site every week. If you are looking for a particular item and can't find it on the web site, Email us at [email protected] 24 hours a day.

What do I do if my merchandise is damaged during shipment to me?

We take great care to ship your merchandise safely so that it will arrive in perfect condition. If in the unlikely event that your product is damaged in shipment, we will arrange to have it replaced.

Are credit card transactions on Bowling Index Safe?

Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. All Bowling Index servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc browsers so that only Bowling Index can read a buyer's personal information.

Does Bowling Index charge sales taxes?

State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where the company has established offices. The Bowling Index main office and warehouse operations are in California; we are, therefore, required to collect sales taxes on orders shipped to locations in the state of California.

Will I be notified if an item is not available?

Yes, you will be notified via email if an item is not available or backordered indefinitely usually within 24 business hours.

How much is shipping?

To obtain shipping quotes on merchandise simply fill up your shopping cart with the items you want to purchase. Then go to EDIT CART or CHECK OUT and look for the Red ESTIMATE Shipping tab.

Make sure you enter your zip code and select your state. Make sure you verify when ordering that you entered your address correctly. The shipping companies have extra charges for address corrections assuming the package is not lost for an error entered by the customer.

The cost for shipping per product decreases when you purchase multiple items at the same time versus buying items separately.

How much is International shipping?

To obtain shipping quotes on merchandise simply fill up your shopping cart with the items you want to purchase. Then go to EDIT CART or CHECK OUT and look for the Red ESTIMATE SHIPPING tab.

Enter your destination information. The system will show all available shipping methods along with the prices. Make sure you enter your city, postal code, and select your country.

If you don't have a postal code, enter 000.

The cost for shipping per product decreases when you purchase multiple items at the same time versus buying items separately.

The shipping methods ESTIMATED delivery times once shipped are as follows:

USPS Priority Mail International: 1.5-2.5 weeks
USPS Express Mail: 5-7 business days
Fed Ex Economy: 5-8 business days
Fed Ex Priority: 3-4 business days

Note that these are estimates. The delivery times can vary and there may be customs delays. You will have to contact customs to figure out any possible duties charged on delivery

Do you do custom embroidery on shirts?

Yes, we do custom logos. The embroiderer has to create the image. The cost depends on the detail and the amount of stitches. There is a one-time set up fee and then we will have the image for the future.

The cost for embroidering the logo on each shirt depends on the quantity of shirts and the stitches involved.

Please email us the image in a good resolution so we can get the full detail. We will provide a quote ASAP.

Let us know the approximate width you want it to be. We will do the height proportionate to the image we receive.

If you know the quantity of shirts and style name, please provide this info.

What if I change my mind and decide to cancel right after submitting an online order?

The processing fee for the transaction will be deducted from the refund. Paypal is 3%.
